This is the first image taken in non-contact mode of the SPM system. The scan area is area is 500x500 nm2 and the color scale is 11.9 nm. The scanning parameters: oscillator frequency 715 kHz and the set point was -40 Hz. Unfortunately, this image shows the effects of imaging the tip.
