Running bana at OU by P. Gutierrez

Before you can access DØ CVS, you will need to generate an ssh1 key and email the public key to Alan Jonckheere. To generate an ssh 1 key do the following:

• ssh-keygen -t rsa1 -f identity
• move the file identity and identity.pub to the ~/.ssh directory
• Make sure the file identity is only readable and writeable by you
• Send identity.pub to Alan
  

To run bana at OU, follow the instructions written by Guennadi but make the following replacements

• Replace setup d0cvs with setup d0sshcvs
• Execute the command source setgcc.sh
• The setgcc.sh file
  
• Replace setup cern with setup cern 2000
  
• Replace the line that creates the link to CLHEP in the file AA/script/init.sh with
  
• ln -sf /d0dist/dist/releases/p14.05.02/CLHEP CLHEP

An example program using root can be found at;

• Include file
  

At the present time you can find the data at the following location

• /raid/data/d0/bphysics/data/
• The subdirectories correspond to data and monte carlo
